On Saturday, October 2, 2010, the Hickory Museum of Art will have its 2nd annual outdoor folk art sale held on Lake Norman in Sherrills Ford. Folk Art Festival at the Lake  will give folk artists the opportunity to show and sell their artwork in a juried artist sale located in a natural setting.  Last year Folk Art Festival At The Lake was a great success. Over 1000 people attended and the majority of participating artists had strong sales.

The Lake Norman area is home to an active arts community filled with art enthusiasts and collectors. The participation of artists like you is another important ingredient to help make a great success!
